Постарайтесь запомнить три основных шага в распознавании симптомов инсульта, так называемые УЗП.

Иногда трудно сразу распознать симптомы инсульта. К сожалению, отсутствие осведомленности приводит к трагедиям. Пострадавший от инсульта может получить серьезные нарушения работы мозга, в случае если находящимся поблизости людям не удалось вовремя распознать признаки инсульта. На сегодня, врачи утверждают, что любой свидетель происшествия может распознать симптомы инсульта, задав пострадавшему три простых вопроса:

1. Попросите пострадавшего УЛЫБНУТЬСЯ.
2. Попросите ЗАГОВОРИТЬ. Попросить выговорить простое предложение. Связно. Например: За окном светит солнце.
3. Попросите его или ее ПОДНЯТЬ обе руки.

Ключевое слово — неодинаковость. Неодинаковость видна невооруженным глазом. Если человек вам улыбается, и у него одна половина рта движется, а другая нет, то это инсульт. Если человек жуёт, и у него с одной стороны рта начинает вываливаться пища, а он этого не замечает — инсульт. Если вы просите человека сжать ваши руки, рука в руку, и чувствуете что одна рука жмет заметно слабее другой — туда же. Если человек, еще недавно вполне внятно разговаривавший, вдруг начинает говорить неразборчиво — туда же

Внимание! Еще один способ распознать инсульт помимо вышеупомянутых: попросите пострадавшего высунуть язык. И если язык кривой или неправильной формы и западает на одну или другую сторону, то это тоже признак инсульта. Если Вы отметили у пострадавшего проблему с каким-то из этих заданий, немедленно вызывайте скорую и опишите симптомы прибывшим на место медикам.
